NIH Training Grant

In the Fall, 2009 the Program in Applied Mathematics was awarded a training grant from the National Institutes of Health for "Computational and Mathematical Modeling of Biomedical Systems." This grant will provide fellowships for students in Applied Mathematics and other graduate programs working at the interface of mathematics and the biological and biomedical sciences and will create a campus-wide community of faculty and students working on problems in quantitative biology.
