Please join us for an information session on the types of funding opportunities available to you as a graduate student.  We will discuss how to search for funding, specific opportunities, and give you tips for applying successfully.

Funding Workshops and Presentations

We have a series of fall workshops and presentations on funding, including, but not limited to:

  • National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship Information Sessions
  • DAAD Information Session (for research/study in Germany)
  • Hertz Foundation Fellowship Information Session
  • Student Fulbright Application Workshop

Application Development Programs

Our Application Development Programs offer support for applicants to the following funding opportunities:

  • National Science Foundation (NSF) Graduate Research Fellowship (GRFP)
  • DAAD Research Award (for research in Germany)
  • Resubmissions to the NIH F30 or F31

Graduate Writing Lab

Finally, we are excited to introduce the Graduate Writing Lab, a collaboration between the Graduate Center and the THINK TANK Writing Center. Students can discuss their writing with trained Graduate Tutors, get feedback on writing at any stage in the process, or join us in our Writing Efficiency Sessions.
