Developing Measurably Effective Technical Training Programs in Industry

When

3 p.m., Oct. 25, 2019

Highly trained technical professionals are often given the opportunity to teach others in their company about their technical domain.  This is an opportunity that is frequently not taken full advantage of.  This presentation is intended to share lessons on how to maximize the delivery of highly effective knowledge transfer to teammates while also helping advance the professional goals of the training developer.  As a bonus, examples will be provided on teaching the math around neural networks.
