Abstract:         Cells respond in a variety of ways to internal and external stresses – they can grow, die, or repair themselves, among other fate decisions. Prior experiments have shown a strong correlation between cellular signaling molecules and cell fate in response to oxidative stress. I’ll be discussing classification problems for determining cell fate decisions from early time series measurements, with an eye toward further investigating new models of cell signal dynamics.
